NVRQT Goes Country

Grab your cowboy boots and hat! Join Cubs starting pitcher
Jon Lester, his wife Farrah, Cubs players and coaches and help
strike out cancer. NVRQT. It’s a rally cry that means “never quit”.
It’s a mantra to unite and inspire children battling cancer
around the world. NVRQT is going country to raise funds and
awareness for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation
(PCRF), a nonprofit dedicated to research, education and
lifesaving advancements for children with cancer to improve
the care, quality of life and survival rates of children with
malignant diseases.

July 6, 2016 at Joe’s Bar on Weed Street at 6pm
940 W. Weed Street, Chicago
Rally alongside us for a great cause.
Look for a nationally recognized country music recording
artist to headline a night of great music that includes Cubs
players and coaches bartending and cooking up some
country fun. Enjoy a hearty buffet dinner, cocktails and a
premium silent and live auction as well as some games and
additional entertainment from players and local celebrities
in attendance. There will be an exclusive VIP reception at
the start of the event for Event Partners.
Curing pediatric cancer – it’s that simple. As a cancer survivor himself, Jon and his wife Farrah
are on a mission to fund pediatric cancer research through NVRQT and PCRF. It’s for the kids.
Cubs Charities will donate event net proceeds to Jon Lester’s NVRQT campaign for PCRF
